Chukka is a charmer in “elite” type and style. A wakes up every day with the same nicest attitude and impresses the viewer with his rangy and springy movements. During his second career as a breeding stallion, he sired numerous licensed stallions and champion stallions. Chulkka’s dam sire For Joy was the first approved son of the worldwide famous double Olympic team gold medalist For Pleasure# For Joy had a super successful career in the German young jumper division and qualified for the Federal Championships# He started his international career with Irish rider Jessica Kürten#

Chukka’s pedigree background traces back to the famous Hanoverian blood lines of the Hanoverian stallion Wienerwald, sire of numerous successful sport horses, Saloniki, the origin of Salieri, the sire of the World Champion and Olympic individual gold medalist Salinero, ridden by Anky van Grunsven, and Salinero’s full brother Seven Up, a world class jumper over the last close to 10 years#

Chukka’s sire in fourth generation the Hanoverian stallion Argentan produced the international Grand Prix jumper Aramis, winner of the Volvo World Cup in the 1980ties with Canadian rider Mario Deslauriers. The pedigree rounds up with the stallion Senator, also a successful offspring of the world famous Hanoverian S-line, followed by more than 15 more generations in Chukka’s family.
